Event Sponsorship Application – 2026

As part of this sponsorship, your event may be eligible to offer the OTT travel rebate to entrants. This is a great opportunity to gather more entrants via a reduced entry cost subsidized by OTTWA. As part of this, you will be required to coordinate a few administrative items. Please tick to confirm you can commit to these requirements; if not, travel rebates may not be applied for this event. Responsibilities for this include: Include a postcode option within your entry form to be used to calculate eligibility. Record eligible OTT entrants that fit within the over 150km travel range. Reimburse riders 30% of their entry cost up to $75. Invoice Racing and Wagering WA for the reimbursement of this subsidy.
