Building A ‘Stable’ Community

As part of the 2024 Off the Track WA Community Fund, we gladly supported the installation of stables for the horses of Equine Connections. With several retired racehorses associated with their program, Off the Track WA (an initiative of Racing WA) partially funded the installment of these stables to provide support and shelter to the horses utilized in this equestrian center designed to connect horses and humans.

Founder, Amanda Jenks Whiteman, sent through images to our team recently to announce the completion of these beautiful stables.

Equine Connections was one of 22 applications to be accepted in our 2024 Community Fund; supporting projects and programs which utilise and support retired racehorses.
